Damn those clever Sony types… and well done to their marketing machine. I have not seen a product hit the mark as well as this in ages..this guy makes me trust him and believe he thinks it works so well in the tests.

Taken at his flat in Notting Hill for Bassist/Guitarist Magazine

So sad to hear about Mick Karn passing. My memories of this shoot, which took place at his flat in the Notting Hill area of London, was that he had wonderful anecdotes about being asked to play written music as a session musician after Japan, but having such a distinctive style; he mused as to why they were making him play like everyone else. The room was full of his sculptures that were very unique and in some cases grotesque. I remember the use of chicken skin to get a very scary texture.
A real gentleman, and a real pleasure to have met. The image above I found whilst finding more about this sad news and recognised it as mine.
